Storage Conditions
If the product is stored for a long time, please charge the battery pack to about 60% of the
electricity, put it in the dry and ventilated place, and charge the charger for 3 hours (10A charge)
every 3 months.Batteries and chargers should be stored in clean, dry and ventilated places.
Avoid contact with corrosive substances, away from fire sources and heat sources.
Battery Handling Precautions：
Do not put the battery pack into the water or soak it！
It is forbidden to charge battery pack under fire source or extremely hot condition. Do not
use or store batteries near heat sources (such as fire or heater). If the battery leaks or smells, it
should be removed immediately from the open flame. The first time you use batteries, you need
to charge the battery and use it again！
Do not reverse the positive and negative!
Do not put the battery pack into the fire or heat the battery pack!
No wires or other metal objects are allowed to short circuit the positive and negative poles
of the battery pack！

1. Q: Does the System Installation Easy?
A:Very easy, every customer can do it by themselves, we will supply all the components for installation and very detailed manual for you. If you still have confusion, our technician could support you all the time by video to make sure there is no mistake of connection.
2.Q: Distance between wind turbine, controller and battery?
A: Normally better within 10m from wind turbine to controller, and controller to batteries, Batteries and inverter to load within 20-50m.
3.Q: For horizontal axis wind turbines VS vertical axis wind turbines, which kind of efficiency is better?
A:For same watts at same wind speed, the output of horizontal axis wind turbines is more efficient than that of vertical axis wind turbines. But if your wind speed is very low, we suggest you to use our vertical SS type.If your wind speed is over 8m/s, our vertical wind turbine are also with around 80-90% efficiency. No noise is the most popular points.
4. Q:Does our wind is enough for a wind generator?

2. Your annual average wind speed .you could check on google with your exact site
3. What kinds of system do you want ?On-grid or off-grid?
5. Q:Can i buy full wind and solar system from you?

6. Q: If your products have CE certificated?
